Choosing the right format for a bespoke course fundamentally comes down to your team’s specific circumstances and learning objectives.  In-person training provides a more productive learning environment for attendees, with the trainer immediately on hand to ask questions and follow up during breaks and after the course.  It also provides a better atmosphere for collaborative learning, with colleagues able to help or discuss topics with each other and share experiences.  Virtual training is a good solution for remote teams, rather than pull everyone together and incur prohibitive travel and accommodation costs, Arboreal Marketing can deliver the training via video call and still meet your training needs with an engaging session.  The hybrid model has worked very well for clients with a central base, but remote or international team members, with in-person training and virtual training combined to ensure the whole team is upskilled.  The decision ultimately comes down to cost, distance and the level of collaboration you need on the day.

We begin with the discovery phase, we discuss your skills gaps and the challenges your organisation is facing and then, together, we build a list of training objectives for the session.  Once the discovery phase has been completed, Arboreal Marketing Ltd develops the agenda for the day and the key learnings delivered by each section.  We then provide the agenda to your key stakeholders for approval before creating the training content.  Once completed, the training content will also be marked for your approval before inviting attendees and booking the training dates.  All we need in expertise from your line managers when developing the training is the understanding of where their challenges lie and what they want to achieve with their team on the day.

We are highly skilled at including all levels of expertise in our short courses, and we often have complete novices alongside experienced veterans, with both groups engaged and participating.
